November 7/8 and 14/15, 2012 (Wednesday and Thursday)

Four 90-minute webinars , 1-2:30 PM EST.

Once your team has successfully navigated the grants world and obtained grant funding for your project, what happens? What rules apply to that money? What’s important to know and do?

Students will learn the terminology of managing grant projects, how to organize to manage projects efficiently, the basics of grant-related finances; launching new projects successfully; establishing good communication on grant projects: grant reporting; building a good relationship with your grant program officer; preparing for a live audit; and what to do when things go wrong.

Taught by highly experienced Funding Exchange staff, students’ own grant projects will be used as learning examples throughout the class. FEI’s handbook, After the Award: Grant Management and Administration, is included in the class tuition fee and will be shipped to you upon payment verification.
