Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization

Cost: $1,500 per team of up to three people working on the same plan.
Class Hours: 9 AM to 4 PMOptional 1.0 Professional Development credit for team members at the cost of $60 per student. Checks for this fee should be made payable to University of Alaska Fairbanks.
Sustainable Pathways: Developing a Financially Healthy Organization is a two-day workshop that assists nonprofit organizational teams to create a sustainable, balanced two-year fundraising plan.
Up to three individuals work as a team on their funding plan; analyze their current income; learn about a healthy income balance; and create a written fundraising strategy for the next 18-24 months. This intensive, hands-on class allows teams to finish the training with a written fundraising plan complete with timelines and an assigned task list.
