Alaska Funding Exchange identifies grant makers who are poised to fund your project. We eliminate the shotgun approach to identifying funding sources. We focus on specific grantmakers who have particular interest in funding the types of projects you envision.

• A Funding Information and Development Opportunities (FIDO) report provides monthly or quarterly research updates tailored specifically to your organization or program needs. Each FIDO report highlights grantmakers with an interest in your project area, critical grant deadlines, contact information, and advice on how to proceed with grant opportunities. Learn more
• A Funding Strategy Report provides your organization with a list of potential funding sources; a discussion on the feasibility of your proposed project; a list of steps to be taken to achieve your goals; a suggested script to follow when contacting the grantmakers; a funding calendar; and detailed information on each funding source.

• Watch for AFE’s Exchange, our e-newsletter for ongoing grant information. A new feature of the Exchange is targeted philanthropy information on firms in Alaska, based on Alaska Business Monthly magazine’s features on specific Alaska economic sectors. For example, if the January issue of Alaska Business Monthly highlights the mining industry, the February Exchange will describe the philanthropy programs of each mining firm listed in Alaska Business Monthly the previous month. We’ll be archiving this information on our website, so check back with us regularly.
