Sustainable Pathways: Building Financially Healthy Organizations is a 5-day class designed help nonprofit organizations create a sustainable fundraising strategy for their organization. At the end of the workshop, participants complete the training with a viable fundraising plan complete with timelines and an assigned task list. This is an intensive, hands-on class where you will complete a funding plan for your organization as your class project during the week. The class will include homework in the evenings, so come prepared to work!

1. Introduction -- Funding Trends -- Getting Started -- Analyze Income
2. Determine Objectives -- Cut Costs & Save Money -- Developing a Fundraising Strategy
3. The 8 Fundraising Methods -- Membership Programs -- Major Donors Program -- Corporate Giving Program
4. Special Events Program -- Planned Giving Program -- Grants Program
5. Capital Campaigns -- Endowment Campaigns -- Completing Your Plan & Implementing It

Cost: $1560 per student, which includes UAF continuing education credit (2 credits) and Sustainable Pathways textbook.
