Sponsor a Grantwriting Workshop!
Would you like to have several of your board or staff trained to write grant proposals, but don't have it in your budget?
Here's how you can do it!
When you sponsor an AFE grantwriting training, you receive two full scholarships for either the two-day workshop or the five-day intensive grantwriting class. In addition, you receive fifteen percent (15%) of the registration income after the AFE expenses have been paid.
As a sponsor, you provide the venue for the workshop, light refreshments for the students, and pencils and tablets for note-taking, along with teaching aids for the instructor. Class registration and class advertisement will also be the responsibility of the sponsor.
Class size is limited to a maximum of 30 students for the two day workshop and 12 students for the five day intensive class.
The Funding Exchange provides the instructor, student curriculum and advertising materials, and assists with registration.
Classes aren't limited to Alaska, so those of you in the "Lower 48" also have this option for training. It's a terrific service to offer in your community, and since AFE co-brands the advertising materials with both our logos, it's advertisement for your as well. Want more information?
